Labour Welfare activities as per Plantation Labour Act 1951 has been implementing in the corporation. The following welfare measures are stated in the Act:
- Medical Facility
- Housing facility
- Educational facilities to children of employees
- Recreation
- Weather protectives
- Canteen etc.
Over and above the corporation has introduced certain welfare measures for the well being of employees of the corporation.

- V.K.Rajan Memorial Combined Hospital
The Corporation is having a 22 bedded Hospital at Alimukku, Punalur for providing medical care to its employees. The hospital is a combined hospital with Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic streams of medicines. Besides, the hospital provides facilities for Dental care. The hospital is equipped with trained medical & paramedical professional and necessary infrastructure for effective delivery of its services to the employees of the corporation.
